Zoe Turner's Request (11 Sep 2019)

In Spanish are you supposed to conjugate a proper noun. How would you say (Georgia State University) or would it be Georgia State Universidad

It would be "Universidad estatal de Georgia". You would only conjugate the word "state" which is the adjective to describe the type of university, not the proper noun.
